The Room Is Almost Full. Here Is What Happens Inside It

Why These Events Exist

By Francesca Alexander, Founder, The Intelligent Marketing Studio

at Social Global Grind

Something interesting happens when you put a group of founders in a room with AI tools and someone who actually knows how to use them.

The overwhelm lifts. The mystery dissolves. And what felt like a technology problem turns out to have been a confidence problem all along.

I have watched it happen enough times now to know it is not a coincidence. It is what in-person learning does that no online course, no YouTube tutorial, and no amount of solo experimentation can replicate. The room changes something. The questions other people ask are the questions you did not know you needed answered. The moment someone else has the breakthrough, you have it too.

This is why the Hustle and Glow Network runs live events. Not because online is not good enough. Because in person is something else entirely.

What Is Happening at 12 Madden Street

Social Global Grind lives at 12 Madden Street in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland CBD. It is where The Intelligent Marketing Studio operates and where the Hustle and Glow Network hosts its live sessions.

Two events are on the calendar right now. One is almost full.

The AI Marketing Lab. Wednesday 29 July. From $37.50.

This is the flagship live session. A hands-on AI marketing workshop designed for founders and marketing professionals who want to understand how AI actually functions inside a real marketing strategy, not in theory, not in a textbook, but in the specific context of your business and your goals.

Hustle and Glow Network is where strategy meets confidence. We host in-person workshops designed for professionals who want to refine their personal brand, build content systems that work, and use AI in ways that amplify their message.

The AI Marketing Lab is that in practice. You will leave with a working understanding of how to integrate AI into your marketing stack, how to use it as a thinking partner rather than a shortcut, and how to build content systems that actually compound over time rather than eating you alive.

It starts at 9:45am. It runs at SGG HQ, 12 Madden Street, Wynyard Quarter.

And it is almost full.

If you have been sitting on this one, now is the time to move. Use code EARLYBIRD at checkout for the early bird rate. HUSTLEANDGLOW also applies if you are part of the network already.

Hustle HQ: AI Fluency. Ask Me Anything. Wednesday 5 August. From $15.

This one is different in format and deliberately so.

AI Fluency is exactly what it sounds like. A low-barrier, high-value session designed for people who are at the beginning of their AI journey and want a safe, practical, no-judgment space to ask every question they have been too embarrassed to ask anywhere else.

From $15. Wednesday 5 August. 9:45am. Same location.

This is the entry point. The room where you get to be a beginner without apology and leave with enough clarity to actually start.

Use code HUSTLEANDGLOW at checkout.

Why These Events Exist

New Zealand has a specific relationship with technology adoption that I have been writing about for months now under the name the Silicon Poppy. The same cultural conditioning that taught women to shrink from visibility is operating in the AI space, making the tools feel inaccessible, technical, and not quite for them.

They are wrong about that. And the fastest way to prove it is to put them in a room and show them.

These events are not about handing people information. They are about changing the relationship someone has with a tool that is already reshaping every industry they work in. That shift happens in a room with other people learning alongside you, not alone with a laptop at midnight, wondering if you are doing it right.

The AI Marketing Lab is almost full because the people who moved first already knew that. The Hustle HQ session is wide open because the people it was designed for have not heard about it yet.

Consider this your notification.

Where to Register

Both events are listed on Eventbrite at the link below. Seats are limited because the rooms are intentionally small. That is the whole point.

Find both events here: eventbrite.co.nz/o/hustle-and-glow-network-120728162580

Promo codes: EARLYBIRD for the AI Marketing Lab. HUSTLEANDGLOW for both events. COACHLAB if you are a coach looking to build AI into your client offer.

Come. Bring someone who has been putting this off. The room is almost full and the ones who show up always wish they had done it sooner.
